1. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel subscriptions from their account dashboard before the next billing cycle.
• Once a payment has been processed, cancellation will apply to future billing periods only.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not automatically issued after successful payment and product access.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
  • Duplicate payments due to technical error.
  • Non-delivery of service due to system failure.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
